Introduction
The Author has been making commercial antennas for years. This is a report for a another commercially made one. The return loss is poor being 4 db on 2-meters, 5 db on 1.25 meters. The 70-cm figure was 24 db, but out of normal band.
A cable was added in line to improve the figures of 11 on 2-meters, 12 on 1.25 meter and 18 on 70-cm.
For HT use this will probably work in most cases with the risk of damaging the transmitter on high power. The Author would recommend to continue to search for a tri-band antenna for better performance.
